i am a friend of a disable person who need work done on her roof and water proof her basement. she needs repairs inside her house aswell. she is struggling to maintain with no income or very little income. she is still trying to help support her daughter in college. her daughter is away from home with no family where she is. she need a vehicle to help get her around and to go back and forth to school and work.

Hello and Happy holidays! I am not one 2 ask but at this point in my life I have 2 bury my pride and call out. I am a single mother in a city all bymyself. I do work but the apartment i am in is foreclosed on and my son and i have to move a.s.a.p in the middle of winter. This leave him cold and without any presents for christmas. We live here in Tarpon SPrings. We have lived here for 3 years. It is just me and my boyfriend and our little dog "lizzie". If you could help us out we really would appreciate it. Our needs are clothes:boyfriends pants size is 50x30,2xshirt,shoe size 9 . My size for shirts and pants are 4x. Shoe size 11W.Bra size 48DD and underwear are 13. You can't really find our sizes in stores,but online i know there are alot of cheap places to shop. I am also in the process of trying to get healthier, i have quit smoking. But I am in need of Nicotine 4mg mint lozengers to help me keep my quit. We are both disabled,he is a disabled Vet. We really are in need of furniture and household items. in response to pureamerican100...I don't much agree with the OP, but I also do not agree with you, asking for help is not greed, asking for help when you are unwilling to help yourself is, but not asking for help. I have helped people. I was a stay at home mom for my kids lives, I got up and got a job after my ex left me for another woman. Only reason I am asking for help is the state, despite my tax money paid in, is taking an insane amount of time investigating my unemployment claim despite the school and the DA verifying I had important apointments and my schedule verifying the day I was forced to work was my day off. Then the state in its infinite wisdom, can give my tax money to bail out stuff but wont help me more then giving me a couple days.

I have a mortgage of 95K due and am looking for help myself. I worked so hard so that I can leave my child something when I leave this world but now all I will probably leave her is a huge debt. I don't sleep or eat well anymore and am devasted.

I was hired at a temp agency and although it's not permanent, I have been able to put food on our table, catch up on some bills and build relationship with the employers so hopefully they will keep me on for good. Help! I need help on bills. I've been disabled for some time now (I had a stroke). I have a couple of bills that have gone into collections, and I was talking to a collector recently who mentioned these resources. If it's possible I would like to get these bills paid off. There are a couple that are $2000 and not being able to work to pay these off has become a problem. I don't make enough with disability to make payment arrangements in order to pay these off. I'm considered permanently disabled. I want to work, but because of the tremor I have in my left hand and very limited use of it, I'm not able.

how can a person who barely makes their bills ( and sometimes cant make that) provide good holidays for their family. My neighbor and I are working hard to figure out how to handle the holidays. There are 10+ individuals living at the sober living.
Many things are done online now, (ex: job applications) and many of the residents at my sober living have limited or no knowledge of computers.
If there would be any possible way to receive a donation of a computer(s) I believe it would benefit us all greatly. With my knowledge of computers and a donation of computer(s) I feel it would change the lives of these individuals and prepare them for a better future.

I need help with getting grant to help with rent all these sites ask for money off of a credit card that I dont have. Im frustrated and have no where else to turn. I lost my day time job a few weeks ago and just started my new job im one month behind and will be two months behind if I dont get help soon ive tried every outlet I can think of and keep hitting dead ends if someone knows how to get me the info I need before feiday then tjat would help my email.
This is interesting. How many times I've thought about asking everyone I know and everyone they know to mail me $1, $5 or $10 (or more) so I can bury by dad's ashes nex to my mom where he belongs. Then I thought how embarrassing-but why not, as I see here it is not uncommon. I lost my job in 2008, I've been on unemployment, food stamps, about to be in foreclosure so needless to say it is a bad situation. I've never in my life experienced anything like this. God Bless.

I live in Florida and my daughter has CP and can not write for herself she is 16 and in 10th grade, my husband had an industrial accident which left him in wheelchair now too. I am caring for both of them. My daughter's laptop just crashed and I can not afford a new one, hers was 6 yrs old and when we all worked. we only get ssdi and it is just enough to live on. does anyone know of any organizations in Florida that give disabled children laptops, it is her way of communication.. thank you
